Quay View apartments are set in a unique location with the harbour only yards away and are possibly are some of the nicest holiday homes on the promenade that are perfect for families and friends to enjoy all the delights of a seaside holiday.
The accommodation itself comprises of a communal entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor landing. The private entrance hall has further internal stairs leading to the second floor. The apartment features an open plan modern breakfast kitchen/lounge/diner with bay window to the front with stunning views. On the second floor there are two bedrooms each benefiting from fantastic views. The master bedroom benefits from a modern en-suite shower room, plus there is an additional family bathroom.
Perfectly situated on the bustling busy sea front (but at the quieter end of the promenade) near a number of attractions, restaurants, bars, shops and all that an atmospheric seaside promenade has to offer. The town centre is just a ten minute walk away as well. The apartment has free Wi-Fi available. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment has been tastefully finished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fitting throughout including a newly fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, modern bath/shower rooms, newly fitted electric wet radiator heating system, and replacement double glazed windows.
Parking: We offer a ‘free-of-charge’ parking space for one car, for the full duration of your stay. The parking space is off-street in a private residential car park and is only a few minutes’ drive away from Quay View, with less than a leisurely 10 minute walk to the apartment. As another option, there are also a number of Public pay & display car parks very close by to the apartment.
